These are the completed stories I seem to always go back and read over and over again. Not all are technical masterpieces, just excellent storytelling from my perspective.

A very enjoyable novel length historical fiction story set in 14th century Europe.

4 - Path To Glory by Brendan Buckley

Coming of Age, Sports and a little business. Keep some tissues handy while you read this engaging story.

5 - A Prince Too Many by Celtic Bard

Overcoming adversity and the best efforts of others to erase your existence. Fantasy setting

6 - Justice Resurrected by Celtic Bard

Same universe as 'A Prince Too many' and an excellent reluctant hero theme. I recommend reading 'Prince' first.

7 - Synergy by colt45

My go to humorous story when I need to lift my spirits.

A lemonade from lemons type of story. (Premium)

9 - A Reluctant Hero by Douglas Fox

An action/adventure tale of survival behind enemy lines.

10 - The Angels of Bataan by D.T. Iverson

A WWII story of overcoming adversity, romance, and arguably coming of age. Includes some often-overlooked real-life heroes.

11 - Ozark Life by Dual Writer

Rags to riches country boy that refuses to compromise his values.
🔽

12 - Recluse and Ghost by Dual Writer

I am always going back to this one. My favorite Dual Writer story from a long list of great stories.

13 - Boone - The Early Years by Ernest Bywater

Another story of the trail west. One of my favorite themes with the bonus of showing the native peoples in a positive light.

14 - Mack by Ernest Bywater

This is one of my go to stories. It pays to plan ahead.

15 - Lucky Jim 1-Firehair by FantasyLover

The start of the trilogy. An alternate history of the period around the time of the U.S. civil war.

16 - Lucky Jim 2-Student, Farmer, Volunteer, Pickup Truck Diplomat by FantasyLover

The continuation of the Lucky Jim trilogy. An alternate history story set in the recent time period.

17 - Lucky Jim 3 - Cajun and Gator by FantasyLover

Future setting for this one. Creative world building.

18 - Lucky Jim 4- Prequel by FantasyLover

Another Alternate History, this time the American Revolution.
🔽

19 - Young Warrior by FantasyLover

A great story emphasizing honor and character in not only the protagonist but also his community.
🔽

20 - In My Life by Harddaysknight

A western with a lot of action and a bit of romance.
🔽

21 - Honkytonk Hero by Joe J

A top ten story for sure. Overcoming adversity and a little help from my friends are the main themes in this story.

22 - Johnny Pulaski and the Cult of Amun-Ra by Joe J

A well written story with mystery, sex, intrigue, sex, some time travel of a sort along with a polygamous relationship or two.

23 - Assassin No More by Ka Hmnd

When other's expectations conflict with your values what do you do? Fantasy.

24 - A New Beginning by Ka Hmnd

An alternate universe story. High Fantasy. One of my favorites from Ka Hmnd though I probably read each of his stories at least once a year.

25 - Tales of a Wizard's Thief by Ka Hmnd

A group of tales in a fantasy setting. Humor, action and values even if they are a little twisted.

26 - The Donaldsons by Lazlo Zalezac

Warning! Humor abounds in this tale of assimilation. The Borg have nothing on these folks.

27 - The Millionaire Next Door by Lazlo Zalezac

I could not put it down once I started reading this very thought provoking tale.
🔽

28 - Pfand X by Lazlo Zalezac

When staying in the shadows is no longer enough. I enjoy the prepper mentality of planning ahead for the inevitable disasters.

29 - The Solitary Arrow by Mack the Knife

This is an excellent example of a reluctant hero fantasy story.
🔽

30 - Mike and Malok by mcguy101

This story is one of the better modern man being sent to prehistoric society genre.
🔽

31 - Details Matter by oyster50

A very different story from Oyster50.

32 - Australian Story by Oz Ozzie

There are a number of themes in this story, Coming of age, rebel with a cause, anti-racism, virtues, romance, family.

33 - The Dragon's Backbone by Oz Ozzie

A story of redemption.

34 - T.R.E.S by Paul Phenomenon

If you could remember your previous lives. A love story with a twist. (Premium)

Science Fiction, Action, and Warfare with a little romance on the side.

A great story about overcoming adversity.

37 - Human Man by Refusenik

The continuation of a great story about overcoming adversity.

38 - Opus One by Ryan Sylander

A very good, romantic, coming-of-age story in a classical music school background.

39 - Bounder by Stultus

A curse, or is it? I love the twists in this story.

40 - Feathers by Stultus

Mostly a story about the after effects of war both on an individual and on the community.

41 - Ne'Er Do Well by SW MO Hermit

The hardest working slacker you will ever meet.

42 - Delilah by Tedbiker

First book of the Delilah series. One unusual family's efforts against sex trafficking. I recommend the whole series.

43 - A Glimpse Through the Mist of Time by Texrep

Mystery, Romance, ghosts and a twist or two make for a very enjoyable read.

44 - Gunslinger by The Scot

Time travel

45 - The Hawk and The Chipmunk by The Scot

Reinventing oneself to an extreme.

46 - The Archer by TonySpencer

Historical fiction: What we have here is a failure to communicate.

47 - The Archer's Apprentice by TonySpencer

Continuation of The Archer. Wheels within wheels, plots and intrigue throughout.

48 - The Archer's Lady by TonySpencer

Part three: More plots, intrigue and adventure in 12th century Europe.

49 - A Blue Christmas by TonySpencer

I enjoyed this tale from down under. It has a little bit of everything, romance, revenge, redemption, action and adventure just to name a few.

50 - P I And Magic by Volentrin

Alternate Planes of Reality. A very entertaining story.

51 - Snowplow Extra by Wes Boyd

Lots of action and drama.
🔽

52 - The Trail West by woodmanone

Despite some editing issues this is a mighty fine western adventure.

53 - Odd Job by WTSman

Romance and Revenge.
